Whether you’re a night owl, an early bird or a puzzled pigeon…
the Spring Routine Refresh will gently renew your basic routine to better support your health, create calm, and allow you to focus.
We will add more flexibility: small shifts that respond to the natural ups and downs in the week without leaving you drained of energy.
Who is it for?
- If your days lack rhythm, feel scattered, or quietly drain you, this workshop will help you find a steadier, more energizing pace.
- If you’ve recently retired, this is a new opportunity to base your routine on you, and not on the demands of your job. It’s the freedom to develop calmer days and clearer focus.

How Does A Refreshed Routine Support You?
A routine is a powerful tool because it’s predictable. Once it’s established you don’t have to think about it. It provides you with a feeling of safety, calming your nervous system. A routine supports your health by creating space for meals, exercise, and sleep, so that they happen automatically. Once a routine is in place, the rest of the time is there for you to do all those things that you want to do – the fun stuff, the learning, and growing and discovering. Your brain can focus more easily because it doesn’t have to think about the day-to-day stuff.
This workshop is designed to make your routine more realistic, unique to you and therefore, easier to follow and sustain.

After Losing Your Old Work Routine
Being without the routine that comes with working full-time, initially feels like freedom: you can do anything, at any time, on a whim. There is a new-found flexibility to your days. All the possibilities for using your time open up for you.
There’s time to do all the things that you’ve wanted to do but couldn’t because of work.
However, in time you realize that without a routine, nothing seems to get done, you may find that you forget to eat regularly, and despite having lots of time to exercise, it never quite happens. Your sleep schedule may be all over the map because you can stay up late without having to get up early for work. Boredom can suck energy too, leaving you exhausted.
It turns out that a routine might be helpful after all. It needs to be based on your unique needs and flexible enough to respond to the bumps along the way. This workshop is a great place to get started.
