Take A Moment To Reflect
As 2025 draws to a close, consider pausing for a little bit of reflection. Scroll through your calendar (or flip through your datebook or journal) and jot down the key events that happened this year. (It’s amazing how much we forget about what happened 10 or 11 months ago!) If you chose a word for the year or intention to lean into for 2025, keep that in mind too. Then consider responding to one or more of these journal prompts.
- What moments brought you the most joy or peace?
- What challenges did you face, and how did you grow through them?
- What habits or routines served you well?
- What areas of your life felt out of balance?

How Do You Want To Feel As You Move Through Next Year?
If you found the reflection exercise above useful, you might consider joining us for a cozy hour of personal planning for 2026 at the online Vision Board workshop. For more details and to register click here.
